If, after making a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, the decision taken is not in agreement, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a complaint. A complaint may also be initiated if the twenty working days have elapsed without a response being received.

The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the electronic headquarters of La Font d’en Carròs Town Hall, as well as the other options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by La Font d’en Carròs Town Hall.

Complaints will be received and processed by La Font d’en Carròs City Council.
